Associations participating in the NEAHL are required to provide the league with accurate contact information. As communications are sent out from the league, we need to ensure that they are going to the proper contacts. If contact information changes throughout the season, it is the accountability of each Association to update this form.
Two different contact names must be provided.
Every association must provide a deputy governor volunteer who may be called upon to fill vacant deputy governor positions.
