IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT regarding ROSTERS and GAMESHEETS for preseason first weekend

Due to the HCR NEAHL roster sync lagging significantly and the number of teams that either have not submitted rosters or are still adding players to their rosters, a number of teams do not have their full rosters on the NEAHL website.

If both teams have their rosters on NEAHL, please feel free to use the gamesheet app for your game this weekend.

If either team is missing players from their NEAHL roster OR if the rosters are not downloading fully into the Gamesheet app prior to the game, then please use a paper gamesheet.  NEAHL gamesheets were mailed to associations.  If you did not receive them yet and do not have any from last year, please use your association’s gamesheet (former NAI teams may use NAI gamesheets if you have any), but be sure to write in the game information at the top -- NEAHL, Division, Tier, Game number, date, teams.

Managers - if your full roster is not on NEAHL, you MUST bring a copy (digital PDF is fine) of your official HCR roster to your games as proof that any missing player has been entered on HCR.  Any player not on HCR is INELIGIBLE, and appearance in a game will result in a suspension to the head coach.  You can request your official HCR report from your association’s registrar.

Due to rosters not being fully imported into NEAHL, managers will not be able to enter gamesheet data for the games where players are missing.  Therefore, the gamesheets have been unlocked.  

If you are unable to enter your gamesheet data after your game due to missing players, then please still login to NEAHL with your team login and enter the score for the game asap after your game.

Once the rosters have imported, please upload the gamesheet.  You can choose to enter the data using either the website game portal or the gamesheet app, whichever is easier for you.  You will have to login through the website to upload a clear scan of the gamesheet and any write ups.

The gamesheets will remain unlocked until the issue with rosters has been resolved.
