Team Registration is CLOSED - what next?

Team registration has closed.

If you submitted a team and DO NOT SEE IT on the NEAHL website, contact admin@neahl.ca or the division governor IMMEDIATELY.  All submitted teams have been created.

All team logins for submitted teams have been emailed to the contacts provided on the form.  If you did not receive your team login for the NEAHL website, please have your registrar email admin@neahl.ca to request the logins again.  Please go through your registrar because many associations had team logins sent to the registrar and not to managers.  Note for next year - due to the time it took to enter all the teams and send out logins, next year, all of an association's logins will be sent to one person (registrar or other designate) to distribute.

Rosters must be submitted via Alberta One.  Associations have received that information.  Once they are submitted, NEAHL has to link them to a team on our website.  The submissions will be checked at least once a day in the evenings and teams added then.  If it has been more than 24 hours since you submitted your roster and it hasn't appeared on NEAHL, please contact admin@neahl.ca.  There have been a few glitches with rosters not importing, but those were resolved by RAMP.  

If your team manager is not on your HCR roster, they will have to be added to the team manually by either admin or the deputies.  Submit the manager information directly to admin@neahl.ca, to your deputy, or via this form:  http://www.neahl.ca/form/6292.  Managers who are NOT on HCR will be marked as "Manager non-HCR" and will not be able to sign game sheets, since they are not team officials.

Ice times - you do NOT need to submit your ice times to the governors.  In the past, this was required, so there is some confusion, but managers will schedule their own games.  You do need to have ice times booked so that your teams are able to schedule games.  The managers will get an email at the start of each week letting them know which teams are matched up for that weekend, and then the managers schedule those games.  More details will come from the governors via the deputies.

Pre season games - some of the divisions have received their match ups for the first preseason weekend, but some are still in progress.  They are coming!  If there is no contact information for your team manager on your bench staff list on the NEAHL website, the information will be sent to the association president or alternate NEAHL contact.  Once you receive the match ups, contact the other team's manager to schedule the game.  Once you have the game scheduled, send it asap to your deputy governor to be put on the website.  There is a ref shortage, so games need to get set and posted asap so that refs can be arranged.  During preseason, you will receive the match ups on Monday or Tuesday and be expected to have the game played by the end of Sunday.  After retiering in November, managers will be told how many games to schedule against which teams, and the rest of the regular season will be booked asap.
