Roster Sync

Roster sync is now working.  All teams that had HCR rosters submitted as of 4 pm today have been connected to the corresponding NEAHL team.  However, more than half of the teams registered have not had rosters submitted.

Please remember that submitting the HCR rosters is a SEPARATE step from submitting the team registration form.  See Ramp tutorial:  https://youtu.be/GK7edaHBvkE.  Ramp support sent out association Alberta One login credentials around Sept 20 in an email with the subject line "IMPORTANT - Information On the New Hockey Alberta One Games Portal".  Associations also received login credentials last year around Sept 21, 2023 from admin@neahl.ca in an email with the subject line "[Town] Alberta One Login". 

DO NOT submit U7 or U9 teams.  If you wish to add your U7 or U9 manager contact information to the league list, please click on the U7/U9/Pond Hockey tab in the top menu and use the forms there.

Team Contacts

Unfortunately, it looks like bench staff phone numbers do not come over in the sync.  Each team should have at least the manager phone number on the website, and ideally have at least two points of contact.  To add phone numbers for your bench staff OR to add a non-HCR manager (that is a manager who is not on the team's HCR roster), contact your deputy governor (once known), email admin@neahl.ca, or submit the Team Roster Edits form https://www.neahl.ca/form/6292.

Team Fee Payments

We are in the process of updating banking information.  If associations wish to pay team fees now, cheques made out to "NEAHL" can be mailed to Box 1155, Elk Point AB, T0A 1A0, or funds can be etransferred to etransfer@neahl.ca.  Please use "2425fees" as the answer to the security question.  Although etransfers can be sent now, they will not be processed until bank updates have been completed, at which point autodeposit will be enabled.  

Invoices for team fees will be sent after October 4 (the team registration deadline).  A payment deadline for this year will be set when the bank matters are in order.

Roster Sync

There is an issue with the roster sync from Alberta One/HCR to NEAHL.  Rosters are not being pulled over (normally, they would refresh hourly).  RAMP has been notified of the issue.  Please continue to submit your teams to NEAHL through the Alberta One website.  Do not be alarmed if you have submitted your teams but none of the rostered players appear on NEAHL yet.

Suspensions

Some players in HCR are marked as SUSPENDED even though their suspensions were served during last season.  This is a result of some upgrades done to HCR over the summer.  The HA Discipline committee and the league are aware of this issue.  Continue to add those players to your roster.  The discipline committee has provided a list of carry over suspensions to NEAHL, and that is what we will follow.  If there is an issue with how the players who served suspensions last year appear in the roster when the roster sync is finally fixed, we will address it at that time (most likely, it will be an easy fix on our end if a player comes over marked "suspended").  

Website & Gamesheet App Notes

The email sending out the website and gamesheet app notes from the Sept 11 meeting was marked as spam by the majority of recipients.  Instead of spending days trying to email it out in small enough batches to not get flagged as spam again, I have made it available here:  Website & Gamesheet App Report.
