Submit teams via google form or via excel spreadsheet (excel spreadsheet can be downloaded from the link or make a copy to use as a google sheet. Editor access will NOT be given to the master copy. Completed form can be emailed to admin@neahl.ca or neahleague@gmail.com).
Once teams are created on the NEAHL website, team logins will be emailed to the association.
Submit rosters via Alberta One.
The process remains the same as the last two years. Directions are included in the team login email.
Rosters can be submitted to NEAHL as soon as teams have been created in HCR. You do not have to have players or bench staff added to the team before submitting the teams via Alberta One.
If any players/bench staff have been released, contact NEAHL to have them removed from the roster.
Bench staff phone numbers do not appear to pull over when rosters are imported. Please have phone numbers added for bench staff (at a minimum for the team manager).
If your team manager is NOT on the HCR roster, you will need to submit name/phone/email to the league to be added to the team's roster on the NEAHL website. Managers who are not on the HCR roster are NOT eligible to be on the bench during games.
Rosters must be submitted prior to the first league game, and it is recommended that they be submitted at least three days prior in case there are any issues with the roster import.
Overage players must be marked as overage on the team roster.
Roster change requests (e.g. to remove a player or bench staff, edit a name, add or edit bench staff contact information) can be submitted via this website form, or email your deputy governor or the NEAHL web admin directly (neahleague@gmail.com).
